Sarah is an experienced coach and team facilitator who supports leaders to bring their best to their work and to their lives. Sarah has over 30 years experience in multinational corporations, most recently in Director-level roles at Sony and Three Mobile. At Sony, she led the European leadership and talent strategy and at Three she implemented a major culture change programme and supported the new CEO and his senior team to refine their leadership approach to business transformation.
Earlier in her career she held HR management, training and change management roles at the Defence Evaluation and Research Agency (now Qinetiq), Rank Xerox and in training consultancy.
Since 2012 Sarah has worked independently as an executive coach and team facilitator in a wide range of industries including Pharmaceuticals, Telecoms, Professional Services, Retail, the Voluntary Sector and Engineering & Manufacturing.
Sarah’s approach is to create space for leaders to consider the impact they have on their organization and on key stakeholder relationships. Her work is based on a core belief that effective leadership starts from within and comes to life when leaders find the courage to have conversations that matter and act
according to their values. As she works she moves between the individual and organizational lenses, keeping the strategy in mind whilst helping people to notice how individual behavior can significantly influence business decisions and results.
Sarah has a BA in French & German from Birmingham University and an MA in European Management from Cranfield. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD) and holds a Diploma in Advanced Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching. She is accredited to use the Strengthscope range of products and the Lumina Spark development tool.
