Systemic Constellations offer the opportunity to create visual living maps (with colleagues as representatives) of complex and challenging relationships. They reveal the hidden systemic dynamics at play and enable us to make small experimental shifts to release tension and create the healthy flow of love, life, collaboration and leadership.

I am offering in person open workshops for anyone interested in experiencing constellations to explore any issue relating to your own impact on leadership and dynamics in the workplace. You may be a leader, a people professional, an internal or external coach or hold another role within the system.

We will work in service of each other, our clients & stakeholders, the teams and organisations we support, and the world we all impact, whilst respecting confidentiality. Meeting in person as a small group will enable us to “represent” for each other, embody and expand our emotional and systemic intelligence and see the common patterns across our different stories.

The small group 3-hour workshops will take place in Shaftesbury Avenue, London.

The next open workshop will be held 10.30am-1.30pm on

March 14th 2025

This is a taster workshop. There will be an opportunity to join a regular Supervision Group using constellations, if you wish. Previous experience of constellations is welcome but not essential.

Fee per workshop will be £150 plus VAT, payable in advance. To find out more please email me at hazelchapman@courage2lead.com. There are limited places so please register your interest early. Alternative timings and venue may be possible for future workshops, based on demand.

I have a background in Corporate HR & Leadership, Leadership Coaching & Education and Coach Supervision. I was introduced to Systemic Constellations in 2013 and the principles have guided my work and my life ever since. The approach is visceral and embodied,  meaning that it tends to reach deeper more quickly than rational “talking” approaches, and change becomes immediately embedded within us and the system.

I am deeply thankful to my teachers and wish to pass on the shared wisdom. My teachers have included John Whittington, Lynn Stoney, Ty Francis, Gaye Donaldson, Sheila McCarthy-Dodd , Guni Baxa, Sarah Peyton and Stephan Hausner, all of whom have been deeply influenced by the work of Bert Hellinger, the founder of the modern Systemic Constellations approach. I am also an accredited Supervisor with The Coaching Supervision Academy.

I’ll meet you there”
